Long-term residence for family reunification (Dlouhodobý pobyt za účelem společného soužití rodiny)
Long-term residence for family reunification is a residence route in Czechia (Gezin). Sponsor with long-term residence ≥15 months (Blue Card/investor exempt); housing, means, insurance. Family of Czech/EU citizens use temporary residence card. Statutory decision 270 days. Fee CZK 2,500 per adult, CZK 1,000 per child <15.
Requirements at a glance
Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 5 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 10 years.
