Stay and work permit (employment) is a residence route in Croatia (Werk). Croatian employer applies; labour market test via Croatian Employment Service unless exempt (Blue Card, key personnel). Since Mar 2025 employer posts promissory note of one average gross salary per visa-required worker. EU Blue Card available. Fees ~€87/person (stay fee + card, approx).
Requirements at a glance
