Tax residence in Antigua & Barbuda

Permanent residence certificate (tax PR programme: $100k+ income, $20k flat tax/yr) + ≥30 days in year

Ordinary route 183 days; CIP citizenship alone ≠ tax residence; no tax on foreign income

Residence certificate: IRD TIN/certificate for PR programme participants

Your previous country applies its own residence tests separately. If both countries treat you as resident, the applicable tax treaty may resolve treaty residence.
