Non-refundable contribution US$150k (single) + US$50k per spouse/dependant (US$250k for family of 3). Fees: processing US$3,000 (family ≤4), due diligence US$7,500/adult, US$2,500 child 16–17. The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 120'000. There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after direct years. Citizenship can be possible after about 5 years.
