Permanent residence by investment is a residence route in Bulgaria (Investor- / golden visa). ≥ €511,292 (former BGN 1m) in a Bulgarian company, licensed fund/AIF, or priority investment project; Type D visa first, then direct permanent residence; keep investment ~5 yrs. Euro since 1 Jan 2026.

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 480'622. There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after nå years. Citizenship can be possible after about 5 years.
