Registered property(ies) worth ≥USD 200k, paid in foreign currency from abroad via Egyptian bank (Decree 3099/2019 as amended 2023). Several properties may be combined; max 2 residential units. Renewable while held. Fees ≈EGP 3,000 per person for 5 yrs.
