Non-Belonger Land Holding Licence (homeowner stay) is a residence route in British Virgin Islands (기타). Non-Belongers need a Land Holding Licence (Cabinet approval, development conditions) to buy property; owners may generally stay up to 6 months in any 12, extendable at Chief Immigration Officer's discretion.
