Retirement Visa (Non-Immigrant O / O-A / O-X) is a residence route in Thailand (リタイアメント). Non-O/O-A: THB 800,000 in Thai bank (held 2 months before and 3 months after approval, never below THB 400k) or THB 65,000/month income, health insurance for O-A; 1-yr extensions. O-X: 10 yrs (5+5) with THB 3m deposit or THB 1.8m income. Visa fee THB 2,000/person; 1-yr extension THB 1,900/person.

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 19'700. You need an annual income of about CHF 19'200. There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included.
