Temporary Residence based on Real Estate Ownership is a residence route in Serbia (投資家 / ゴールデンビザ). Own residential property in Serbia (no minimum value; apply right after notarised purchase), means of support, health insurance, clean record. Fees ~RSD 22k per person. Permits up to 3 yrs since 2023 reform; does not allow local work.
