EU Blue Card (highly qualified worker) is a residence route in Luxembourg (就労). Job offer ≥6 months, higher-education degree or 5 yrs (IT: 3 yrs) experience, gross salary ≥ ~€63–66k/yr (indexed yearly; lower threshold ~€51–53k for shortage occupations). No labour-market test. Family gets immediate permits. Gov fees ~€425 (family of 3).
