Employee Card / EU Blue Card (employment) is a residence route in Czechia (就労). Job in central vacancy register (Employee Card) or qualified job ≥6 months with salary ≥~1.2× avg gross wage (~CZK 56,000/mo) for Blue Card; Blue Card holders can get PR faster (EU-wide 5 yrs). Decision ≤90 days. Fee CZK 2,500 (child <15: CZK 1,000).
