Shareholder of a Bahrain company with active CR (Sijilat; 100% foreign ownership in most activities, no statutory minimum capital for WLL); registered office with EWA connection; LMRA investor permit 6 m–2 yrs, renewable; medical, NPRA clearance. Gov fees ~BHD 1,000 (family of 3).
