Trump Gold Card (Form I-140G) is a residence route in United States (Investitori / golden visa). US$1m unrestricted gift per person (US$2m if corporate-sponsored) + US$15k non-refundable fee per person; spouse and each child need their own US$1m + US$15k (family of 3 ≈ US$3.05m). Leads to EB-1/EB-2 green card. US$5m 'Platinum Card' not launched.
