State Programme for Voluntary Resettlement of Compatriots / Native Russian Speaker is a residence route in Russia (Ascendenza). Programme participants get TRP without quota and fast-track citizenship (often <1 yr) but must settle in a participating region. Native-speaker recognition gives VNZh without TRP. Russian language required. Gov fees ~RUB 15k (family of 3).
