Retiree Residency is a residence route in Oman (Pensione). Fixed monthly income ≥OMR 4,000 (pension/investments), ≥2 yrs prior employment in Oman, home in Oman (deed or lease), 6-month Omani bank statement. Age 60+ per most sources. Status under the 2025 relaunch unclear.
