Family visa (partner/child of settled person or migrant) is a residence route in Isle of Man (Famiglia). Partner of settled person: extension fee £1,407, ILR £3,226 after 5 yrs; dependants of Innovator/Start-up/Higher-Skilled Worker migrants join on same terms. Worker Migrants in non-Higher-Skilled roles can no longer bring dependants (Jun 2026).
Requirements at a glance
There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 5 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 3 years.
