Sole trader/partner, or ≥30% shareholder-manager of an Oy registered in Finland; ELY Centre assesses profitability; business income must secure support (≈€1,210/mo net Helsinki). Apply from abroad. Fee €750 online/€900 paper; permit 1–4 yrs.
