Economic Investment Residential Certificate is a residence route in Bermuda (निवेशक / गोल्डन वीज़ा). Invest ≥BD$2.5m (real estate, Bermuda business, govt bonds, Sinking Fund, charity), incl. mandatory ≥BD$25k to registered charities; hold 5 yrs and live ≥90 days/yr for 5 yrs. Fees BD$2,755 + BD$10,000 BDA due-diligence fee. Spouse & children included.
