Premium Residency – Special Talent is a residence route in Saudi Arabia (תעסוקה). Saudi employment in priority sector; salary ≥SAR 14,000/month (researchers) or ≥SAR 35,000 (healthcare/science), executives (tier 1–2) up to SAR 80,000; degree, ≥3 yrs experience, points test. 5 yrs, renewable once; convertible to permanent (≈30 months' presence). Fee SAR 4,000/person.
