Residence Permit for Foreign Investors (Government Decree No. 2573) is a residence route in Russia (משקיע / ויזת זהב). VNZh without prior TRP if one of: RUB 15M into regional socially significant projects (3 yrs); sole founder of RU company 2+ yrs paying ≥RUB 4M tax/yr; RUB 30M into RU company with ≥RUB 6M tax/yr; new-build property ≥RUB 50M Moscow / 25M regions / 20M Far East. CHF at ~100 RUB/CHF. Gov fees ~RUB 20k (family of 3).

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 150'000. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after מיד years. Citizenship can be possible after about 5 years.
