Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS) is a residence route in Hong Kong (תעסוקה). Points-based talent scheme (age, education, experience, language) or achievement-based; no job offer needed in advance; quota-free. Visa fee HKD 230/person.
Requirements at a glance
There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 7 years.

Territorial; no tax on offshore income.
