Business Visa (s.15) is a residence route in South Africa (Entrepreneur). Invest ≥ZAR 5m own capital (cash/capital) in a business; DTIC recommendation & business plan; ≥60% of staff SA citizens/PR within 12 months; CA(SA) certificate; amount may be reduced/waived for DTIC-prioritised sectors. Reform under Operation Vulindlela discussed. DHA fee ZAR 1,520 per applicant.
