Residence Permit for Real-Estate Owners (1–3 years) is a residence route in Egypt (Investisseur / golden visa). Registered (land-registry) property bought with foreign currency via an Egyptian bank: ≥USD 50k → 1 yr, ≥USD 100k → 3 yrs. Some 2026 sources say 1-yr floor raised to USD 100k for post-2017 purchases. Fee ≈EGP 500/yr + EGP 500 card. Spouse, minor children, parents.
