Economic Permanent Residence Certificate is a residence route in Bahamas (Investisseur / golden visa). Invest ≥B$1m (since 1 Jan 2025, was B$750k) in Bahamian real estate or Central Bank zero-coupon bonds, held 10 yrs. Priority for homes ≥B$1.5m. Fee B$200 + B$20,000 on approval (B$25,000 with right to work in own business) + B$300 per endorsee.
