Pole's Card (Karta Polaka) → permanent residence is a residence route in Poland (Syntyperä). Consular interview in Polish, proof of Polish descent or Polonia activity, declaration of belonging to Polish nation. Free national visa, PR on arrival, settlement allowance; citizenship after 1 yr PR with B1 Polish. Gov fees minimal (residence card ~PLN 50–100/person, approx).
