Permanent Residence Permit (independent means / retirees / investors) is a residence route in Namibia (Omat varat). Discretionary under Immigration Control Act s.26 (Immigration Selection Board): persons of good character with sufficient means/pension, investors with substantial capital, or long-term permit holders. No codified income/asset threshold published (low certainty); approvals slow and restrictive.
