Temporary residence permit – alternative investment fund (state-established) is a residence route in Latvia (Sijoittaja- / kultainen viisumi). ≥EUR 150,000 for ≥5 yrs via state-established alternative investment fund manager + EUR 10,000 to state budget. Cabinet rules pending; fund not yet created, so applications not possible yet.

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 141'000. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 5 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 10 years.
