Investor Residence is a residence route in El Salvador (Sijoittaja- / kultainen viisumi). Investment registered as foreign capital with the National Investment Office (ONI); business plan, apostilled police record. No fixed statutory minimum confirmed (practice ~US$100k+).

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 80'000. You must spend about 90 days a year in the country to keep it. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 1 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 5 years.
