Temporary Residence – Investor is a residence route in Ecuador (Sijoittaja- / kultainen viisumi). Investment ≥100 SBU (≈US$48,200 at 2026 SBU) in Ecuadorian bank term deposit (≥2 yrs), real estate, shares or securities, held for the permit's life; health insurance. Gov fees ~US$310/person.

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 38'600. You must spend about 275 days a year in the country to keep it. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 2 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 5 years.
