Permanent Residence Permit by Investment (Regulation 6(2)) is a residence route in Cyprus (Sijoittaja- / kultainen viisumi). €300k (+VAT) in new residential property from developer, or commercial property / Cypriot company shares / AIF units; secured foreign income ≥ €50k (+€15k spouse, +€10k per child); visit once every 2 yrs; no employment (dividends/director OK). Gov fees ~€640 (family of 3).
