Visitor Visa (V) – Rentista (passive income) is a residence route in Colombia (Omat varat). Periodic passive income ≥10 SMMLV/month (COP 17.5m ≈ US$4,550/mo in 2026), certified by payer or from Colombian assets; health insurance; police record. V visa: time does NOT count toward R/citizenship. Visa fees ~US$250/person.
