Family Residence Card (Carte de séjour (regroupement familial))
Family Residence Card is a residence route in Tunisia (Familia). Spouse/minor children of a Tunisian or legally resident foreigner; legalised civil-status documents, sponsor's residence and means. Foreign spouse of a Tunisian may declare nationality after 2 yrs of marriage/residence.
Requirements at a glance
Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 5 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 5 years.
How holders are taxed
Worldwide income, IRPP to 40%; foreign pensions transferred in TND 80% deductible; CH–TN treaty.
