Retired Person's Visa (s.20) is a residence route in South Africa (Jubilación). Pension/irrevocable annuity/retirement account or other income ≥ZAR 37,000/month for life (or net worth producing it); no age minimum in law. Spouse/children via accompanying visas. Can apply for retired PR (s.27(e)) at once on same income. DHA fee ZAR 1,520 per applicant.
