Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) is a residence route in India (Ascendencia). Lifelong multiple-entry visa with right to live and work (except restricted sectors/agri land); not for those with Pakistani/Bangladeshi ancestry. USD 275 fee per person.
Requirements at a glance
There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after ya years. Citizenship can be possible after about 6 years.
