Required after 90 days; needs employer/sponsor guarantee letter, Haitian bank statement, police record, medical cert, HTG 5,000 Treasury fee; valid Oct–Sep, renewal needs proof of tax paid. No investor/retiree route; not realistic due to security collapse.
