Family-based Immigration is a residence route in US Virgin Islands (Family). Spouse/minor children of US citizens (immediate relatives, no quota) or of green-card holders (F2A); I-130 petition. Sponsor income ≥125% of poverty line (~US$26.4k for household of 2); fees ~US$2.7k (2× I-130 + consular).

You need an annual income of about CHF 21'200. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after now years. Citizenship can be possible after about 3 years.
