Highly Qualified Specialist Work Permit is a residence route in Russia (Employment). Employer-sponsored; salary threshold ~RUB 750k per quarter (lower for some categories). Family gets residence for permit term; HQS and family may apply for VNZh. Ordinary workers use quota work permits or patents. Gov fees ~RUB 15k (family of 3).
