Company equity ≥EUR 28,000, active ≥6 months with real activity/staff per business plan; applicant is manager or holds ≥1/3 shares worth ≥EUR 14,000. 2-yr TRP, renewable. Means of subsistence + health insurance. TRP fee ~€120/person (standard processing).
