Family member residence (spouse/partner/children) is a residence route in Jersey (Family). Married/civil partners (or 2+ yrs cohabiting) and dependent children take the sponsor's housing/work status (e.g. Entitled with HVR); non-British need Appendix FM-style family visa (Jersey rules mirror UK, incl. maintenance & English).

Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 5 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 3 years.
