Family visa (spouse/partner/child of settled person) is a residence route in Guernsey (Family). Appendix FM-style partner visa: initial up to 33 months, extension 30 months, ILR after 60 months; English; adequate maintenance & accommodation; plus Family Member Resident Permit from Population Management Office.
Requirements at a glance
Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 5 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 3 years.
