Entrepreneur visa is a residence route in Guernsey (Entrepreneur). ≥ £200,000 in own name invested in new or existing Guernsey business with controlling or equal interest; economic benefit; full-time work in the business; good English. Allows Open Market home for applicant, spouse and children. Apply via UKVI 'Crown Dependency'.

Requirements at a glance

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 214'000. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 5 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 6 years.
