Residence permit on the basis of Finnish origin (remigration) is a residence route in Finland (Ancestry). At least one parent or grandparent is/was a Finnish citizen by birth (later loss irrelevant), or you are a former Finnish citizen. No income requirement. Fee €800 paper (online cheaper); family can join. Child of a Finnish parent may claim citizenship by declaration.
