Work Permit and Resident Card is a residence route in Algeria (Employment). Employer obtains work permit from labour inspectorate (proof no Algerian candidate, qualifications); work visa, then resident card (Law 08-11, typically 2 yrs, renewable). 10-yr resident card after 7 yrs continuous residence.
