Development Support Program (DSP) – Citizenship by Investment is a residence route in Vanuatu (Ιθαγένεια μέσω επένδυσης). Non-refundable contribution USD 130,000 single (+USD 20k spouse, +USD 15k child) ≈USD 165k for family of 3, plus USD 5,000 FIU due diligence; no visit or residence required. Also CIIP alternative.

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 104'000. There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after άμεσα years. Citizenship can be possible after about 0.2 years.
How holders are taxed
No income, capital-gains, wealth or inheritance tax.
