Temporary Residence Card – Self-Sufficient / Retiree is a residence route in Tunisia (Ίδια μέσα διαβίωσης). Law 68-7: apply at police/National Guard within 3 months of visa-free entry; proof of foreign income or funds converted into TND, lease/title, criminal record, medical certificate. No fixed income threshold published. Renew yearly.
