EU/EEA/Swiss registration certificate (free movement) is a residence route in Slovenia (Ελεύθερη κυκλοφορία ΕΕ / ΕΖΕΣ). Register at administrative unit (upravna enota) if staying >3 months; self-sufficient persons show sufficient means + health insurance. Non-EU family get residence card. Permanent residence after 5 yrs.
