Investor / Entrepreneur Temporary Resident Permit is a residence route in Rwanda (Επιχειρηματίας). Company registered with RDB (online in 6h); business plan and proof of capital. No fixed statutory minimum for the permit; RDB investment incentives from USD 250,000. Apply via Irembo once in Rwanda; ~RWF 150,000.
