Permanent Residence Card (Law No. 10 of 2018) is a residence route in Qatar (Άλλο). 20 consecutive yrs legal residence (10 if born in Qatar), max 60 days/yr abroad, sufficient income, good conduct, Arabic knowledge. Max 100 cards/yr. Fees QAR 3,000 + QAR 3,000.
Requirements at a glance
You must spend about 305 days a year in the country to keep it. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 20 years.
