Policy Document on Non-EEA Family Reunification: sponsor must not have relied on welfare and meet income thresholds (approx. €30k+ gross, rising with family size). Spouse of Irish citizen gets Stamp 4; naturalisation after 3 yrs marriage + residence. Gov fees ~€500 (family of 3).
