Investment Residence Permit is a residence route in Georgia (Visa επενδυτή / golden visa). Investment ≥USD 300,000 (GEL equiv.) in the Georgian economy, audited; 5-yr permit, then permanent residence if investment maintained. Exempt from new work-permit rules. Fee ~GEL 210/person.

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 240'000. There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 5 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 10 years.
